iOS App Design (iPhone/iPad)

With all the iPhones, iPads, and iPods out there, it's no wonder you are looking at this program description! You want to create games for these devices! Well we have the tools to help you. Over the course of a few weeks, you’ll have the chance to create amazing 2D games for these devices! You'll design your own characters, backgrounds and sounds, or use content from existing libraries. We’ll cover concepts like development and design process, game planning, event based actions, rules, level design, and playability. If you're scared that you lack the programming knowledge, don't worry! The tools we use allow you to make these great games without any coding knowledge. All you need is a Mac and you are good to go. If you have an idea that you believe can make your game great, this is your chance to prove it. Once you are done, the games can be published and even sold on the online mac store for profit! Requirements: must have a mac and one of iPhone, iPod or iPad.

Ages 15+ or you have taken both of our VGD classes and our teacher has given you the ok to take this class.
